Like some of you that I have read about, I also use my son as my excuse to collect. I started about six months ago buying some of the main characters from Target to give to my son at Christmas (Lightning, Mater, Finn, Holley & Francesco were the first).

Thanks! This website has already been very helpful. I learned about the
Kmart Collector’s Day last October and was able to find some good stuff at Aldi
the other day. My best find so far was when Target was selling them for $1.99
and I found a Rip Clutchgoneski.
