Since the new oversized deluxe come with a moving feature – do Lil’ Dipper or Dipper … wheels fold in? “Blazin” Blade Ranger – presumably the same working feature of an open door and hook? (This is Blade Ranger as “CHoPs” helicopter cop – essentially a repaint with tinted glasses and helmet).
