As some of you may have noticed, a whole slew of PLANES random playsets have been released. While these now fall under the Action Shifters lineup, they don’t really differ much from the last series of PLANES playsets. You get a plastic PLANE and a guide rail to slide the PLANE along it. In theory, […]

If you like to collect them all, we are now up to 4 Chug’s on card. The original release of Chug was a “dirty Chug” with sprayed on dirt/road oil on the lower sides and front of Chug. The first card also reads A WORLD ABOVE CARS. This is the 2nd card that now reads […]

“John H.” sends along photos of the latest Micro Drifters which seems to be on the same schedule of the diecast releases (well, technially beating the diecast release of Sun Wing). John also notes that unlike the CARS Micro Drifters the 3-packs do not continue repeats. All 4 versions of Dusty Crophopper. Thanks John H.!

“Wraukn” has spotted that the new Mattel CHUG singles are “clean.”   At first I thought this was the new Chug2 but fortunately, “clean” Chug has the same UPC so most likely, it’s an error that the overspray of “dirt” was not applied … or of course, in actuality, laziness – cost savings. It’s pretty […]

Thanks for the nice photos, “Lane Change!” Three have arrived as singles: Bravo, Echo & Jolly Wrenches Dusty. The new release is Hector Vector, the helicopter. Hector Vector is NOT listed as a single but that might not mean […]

Looks like Gunnar Viking has landed on the pegs. Not sure what case this is from – CASE G? Presumably the rest of case are repeats?  Looks like Ishani is back? Thanks for the heads up and photos, “Lane Change.”

I did not double check. The latest PLANES releases. Very cute. Collect ’em all. Here’s the visual checklist of just […]

Not online yet. $39.99 – Looks like it’s Arturo (previously only available in the Gift Set with a Pitty); Bulldog, El Chup, Ishani, Ned, Zed and Supercharged Dusty. “Snosno” also sends along […]

“John H.” sends along great photos of Mattel’s Franz Fliegenhosen, which is a fun diecast. The back propeller spins.   It is nicely detailed.   But compared to the Disney Store Franz, he is lacking the split feature – he is a flying car that tows his wings. As you can tell, Disney Store Franz […]
