[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIFCV2spKtg] This video blew me away. Can you imagine Mac users getting this resident on their Powerbooks? All I can say is, “Gimme!”  Seamless reality distortion is now a reality! “Seam Carving For Content Aware Image Resizing”…It may be so cool from a personal usage standpoint but it is downright disturbing to know that some […]

Whoa.  Amazing what just 20 years will do for technological developments.  That big hunking looking thing is a 1 GB disk drive for an old IBM mainframe computer.  The little chiclet is a 1 GB sandisk card.  Wow.

Page Six:  “It will just remind the public of the dark ending to his career,” said venerable publicist Michael Levine. “Time has a way of softening the public’s collective memory.  Wow!  Here is one snap from a web site I just came across…the photos are amazing! Apparently, this site has some connection via a staffer at NASA itself.  Clearly, who else could have taken these?  Well, there are those little green, big round eye dudes and maybe the Russians, but that’s about it.

The top two browsers in terms of popularity are Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. There’s little argument that combined these browsers own more than 80% of the browsers market. Luckily for users from both camps who may have migrated one way or the other, both IE and Firefox users can use some common shortcuts. Here […]

You may have read our post about the cyberstalking crew over at Fetchback here and their odious idea to stalk your personal web habits by snooping and tracking the sites you visit with purpose of then serving up ads from their ‘clients’ to you, repeatedly, until you submit to clicking on one of the ads. I ran across the blog, Scholars & Rogues today and was surprised to read some of most cogent commentary on the upcoming 2008 election. The post titled “Why Hillary will lose the primary – the hidden cross-over vote” is a balanced and informed look at how voters will be gunning for anyone but Mrs.Clinton in the […]
