Johnnie (owner of 702 Gifts & Collectibles) would like to hold the Meet & Greet Event from 1pm-5pm with food & beverages being served between 1pm-3pm. Although not required, we encourage everyone who would like to participate in the sell & trade Event or “Cars Show” to bring their collection of Loose, custom, errors, packs, international, and exclusives to show off at the Event (bring a table for display). Space may be limited, contact Johnny if interested in a spot for the show.
The store address is 3684 Paradise Rd. 702 Gifts & Collectibles is located at Hotel Suites of America.

Well, that was fun, I got the long distance (StL) award from Deano ;), Great to meet everyone and sorry I bid that Ramone up so high Dean!
Be sure to check out the pix of our Las Vegas Meet & Greet Event…2 customs were specially made by the Local LV Die Cast Space Super Convention 1st place customs winner “GRRRUVY” Dave Jeffries. One was an acid trip phillmore won by “PitStop” AL-V, and the other was a Race Rod Ramone won by Deano of “Cars the Toys”. We hope to meet with others as we plan for our next event!

I had a great time at the 1st annual Las Vegas Meet & Greet! Met with new friends and seen amazing assortments of collections from loose, prototypes, convention code 3 customs to errors it was all here! Please check back as photos are soon to be seen! I Look forwards to experiencing this next coming LV Meet & Greet this Oct.
yes i was really shocked i didnt think sears had a toy isle but it was a very small spinning rck so i got 5 of the 8 i needed and i will get the rest in 30min its so close about to leave right now so excited i cant wait 2 have mini in my hands is anyone goin 2 the lubbock kmart

hello today i went 2 kmart and found leakless hauler but no kmart cars day 2 then i read that post about that lady who went 2 sear and the kmart cars day 2 cars so i checked out sears 2 day and they had bumper save vitoline pitty mood springs lil’ tourquey pistons and easy idle but no mini clutch aid or retread but i’ll get those 2morrow early at 11
K-Mart is to far to go to so we will have Cars Days at home. Thanks again Kevin for making it possible.

I hope to finally meet you other TakeFivers there at The LV Meet this saturday Jun 20 1-5pm! I will be participating in the Cars Event and will have a couple Cars (hopefully doubles from the K-Mart event up for trade or sell) to help others who may have been less fortunate, and other doubles in my collection like a Sven Hummer and No Stall that I recently found at a local Wal-Mart to list in the Silent Auction. Good luck to all on acquiring the KMart exclusives!
Vegas BABY!!!!
I had not one, but TWO Cars dreams last night. It seemed like the whole night I kept my mind busy by strategizing over Kmart Day tomorrow. The other one involved shopping a store with a huge Cars section, but everything was a cheap plastic knockoff instead of the real diecast stuff. I even went to another section and found what I thought was a Saluting Sarge, but when I picked it up, it was just a crappy plastic Jeep with crazy eyes.

I just got back from the Hotlanta Cars Cars Event and it turned out to be the most crowded, fun, & informative presentation of the entire weekend!
At least that’s what I kept hearing so I’ll assume it’s true. 🙂
As more of these events keep coming up I guess it means this die cast line is here to stay?
So jealous! We need to do a San Diego one of these.
