Mattel Disney Pixar Diecast CARS: Trunk Fresh in France
Nice display … nice assortment.
Well, other than the guy who peeled off one side to see if there was any candy hidden inside or an Apple car 🙂

Impound Boost and RPM Crew Chief – Toymaster while on holiday on coast

Disney also had the semis including RPM64 one but gave it a miss as want them with trailers!!
All in the cupboard waiting for my 3 year old to behave and get a nice little reward!!
Ladies & Gentlecars,
Roswell was right. There are only a certain number of Racer Cab Haulers. We tried to mix it up a bit by switching up the mouth sculpts on these and had to rely on the difference of Graphic/colors.
Gotta remember kids, nobody, not even JL his ownself ever dreamed that this line was gonna be Evergreen as it has been. Who knew we’d be tooling up Hauler’s let alone with different cabs 🙂
These Racer cabs were wire framed the same to make production/animation just go faster, Re use your assests as much as you can for your ROI. Come on, tooling up a Jerry’s Junk Batteries and a Valdez old skool hauler? Who knew?
A good problem to have 🙂 So I guess 3 Racer cabs all alike isn’t so bad. At least it’s true to the film.
I hear Cars 2 is gonna be insane so if I know JL like I think I do, he’s thinking big time on the merch/die cast end as well. He loves his diecast 🙂
Maybe we’ll really see Sarge by then! 😉
Yes we will, yes we will….well FPG will!!!
I wonder how much Trunk Fresh is in USD?
about $30-35 US
I love Mille Bornes….
Hey Dudes!!!
Notice they have a Cars version of 1000 bornes!?!?!
That was a great card game where you draw cards and try to get as many miles without a flat tire, or needin’ gas …Etc.
Awesome stuff!!!
Exactly how many “__________ in France First” posts have we seen now?
Trunk Fresh…in France?
I thought I smelled something!!
Let’s see, subtract 8 from the 1, carry the 3, divide by 6, multiply by Pi, move the decimal 3 places to the right…
Cool, I’ll see Trunk Fresh February 4, 2010.
Hey John, Welcome to Canada’s Club! ….
…. Found a supercharged Lizzie Today!
Way to go!! Now I’m only 125 cars behind USA! pouahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Can you do this calculation to figure out when I’ll see Frank in PA?
should be at the beginning of 2045 when “Cars 25, Rockin’ in Montreal ” will be on screen!
Wow, I hope I’m still alive in 2045. My calculations came out to 45 A.D. I think I forgot to multiply by Pi.
Actually it will be June 35, 2009.
June 35th, that’s not too far away!!!!
Wait a minute…
Sorry, but when I attempted to recalculate it, my abacus crashed.
pouahhhahhhahha !
wasn’t June 35th a Sunday for the pass 5 years in row? But now this year it’s huge .. June 35th is a Thursday!
anyone else think that they should have made the haulers all diferent models for the film? or like the racers, 3 or 4 diferent truck cabs,
cus there kinda boring being all the same just in diferent colours,
Thats been one of my peeves all year. At least change the trailers up a little. But at least they are making them, and I can’t complain about that 🙂
hmmm…like mcqueen is the main character so he has his own truck cab,
but all the other racers are clones and 2 dimentional (except king/chick) so they all get the same…
Great point, maybe Martin can answer that?
The real-life NASCAR trucks are not all different either, are they? They are also “all the same just in different colours”, so why would they do it differently in the movie?
Nice I still have not found one around here yet. Well I guess it is time to take another trip to Europe.
Finally, a reason to go to Paris!!
I took 6 years of French.
Il Ski Vite !
I think that means He Skis fast?
Vive la Trunk Fresh
Sacre Bleue Trunk Fresh!
