It will be at Target & Amazon.

On Amazon at $13.99 it’s sold by Paul, not Amazon directly.
Disney Cars Stunt & Splash Red Firetruck with Collectible Golden Lightning McQueen Vehicle.
Amazon does have a pre-order sale for this set that will include the Golden McQueen to be released on August 1, 2021. This is sold and shipped by Amazon. I would speculate August 1 will be the official release date of the Golden McQueen promotion. We were just lucky to get a sneak peak at them early because someone made a mistake in the spring.
