Probably the last case of the year which sometimes means if they already have done the switchover to new cards, they send these off overseas. NEVER officially released in the US.

i have these so it must not have been that hard to find
Thanks for posting this. I only collect releases from the original CARS movie and did not see these in my area when they were first released.
Sorry, but what’s going on here? This was a standard release in spring of 2015, commonly found at Walmarts in the USA.
I found mine at Wal-Mart (or Target) in 2015. It looks just like this one.
