Disney Pixar CARS: John Lasseter Disney Stores CARS Artist Series
“Carl P.” sends along that the Disney Stores will start a new CARS Artist Series that looks pretty cool. I wonder if the surfboards are removeable. Coming October 5th.

This should be called “the John Lasseter Money Grab Series”.

They’re 1:43 like the rest of the Disney Store offerings
The Artist Series McQueens also come in 1:18 scale ( with working lights )

One of these was released at D23 (one of the left). I have it and the surf board is not attached. In the box it is up against the back wall.

I agree john…monkey s%&t brown is just not a good match for Mater
All the other repaints, especially the disguises are nice..because there is no brown 🙂
How could he have ever approved the overall look and appearance of Mater at the Disney Store??? Crap is still crap, no matter how you dress it up.
