Normal Flik.
Cool hat. Is it legit? It would seem pretty random for backroom sellers just to glue a hat on Flik (random 1:55 Bug sized black cowboy hat?)

Flik’s antenna were always a problem. Hard to find a mint one. These are probably ones that did not pass inspection.
If you take the hat off, there are 3 holes on top. Two for where the antennas would be and a third larger hole for the hat. The larger hole is painted on the inside edges so it was there before paint, not added later. And it does appear that the hat was molded to fit the car, it will only go on one way, so I would assume it is legit to some degree.

This one has been showing up on eBay out of China for well over a year, but it does seem pretty random that they are making it. Chalk it up to a small level of entrepreneurship?
