What would be a decent price for the navy pack? How much was it at Target?

I thought jolly wrenches 4-packs (navy packs) were long gone?
I was astonished to find 3 Sets of the Jolly Wrenches 4 packs 2 days ago in a Amarillo Texas Target. I’d never seen them in my area ever.
(MET: maybe it means more are coming but it might also be a fluke).
Need Yellow Bird, and waiting to find the Navy pack and Antonio tent for a decent price…
Wilson, it looks like they only put the characters available as single. Notice that Joey Dundee and Qualifying Dusty are not on there as well. Both are only available in mutli-packs like Hector Vector.
We got every Plane on the poster.
