It might make sense since they are producing Tach-O-Mint for the first case of singles, this might be the 1st 5-pack.
The most basic math is that we’ll get 35 of the Piston Cup racers in 7 box sets but it’s pretty likely we will get Lightning or King or Chick in every 5-pack so it’ll probably take 10-11 box sets to get everything … or this line will peter out after 5 releases … but at least you’ll have 5 more Lightning McQueens … š … yep, I used to be Polly Puddlejumper but now I’m rusty Cynic McCynical … I come with three tires, the 4th is packaged in a Lightning McQueen.

It will be interesting to see if these match the originals or will be the new design with the flat eyelids, unsculpted, like many of the 2014 releases.
Something tells me these five will all be released as Singles in 2015 as well.
And will LMQ have the correct spoiler logo, or will they revert to the older version shown here?
Yup, The stores will overorder Wave 1 of these, they will shelfwarm, and later waves will not be ordered.
