There are 22 listed character diecasts for Planes Fire & Rescue in this first wave (wave #2 & others listed but only in a generic form so far). There are 4 repeat releases from Planes (Supercharged Dusty, Leadbottom, Skipper & Dottie) – the 18 “new” releases seem to be available in EVERY configuration possible. The pricing on the multi-packs seem to be essentially the same (per vehicle/plane) so there’s no real need to do any master planning … the only PLANE vehicle not available in any other format seems to be Sparky with Trophy (photo coming) that’s only in a 6-pack.

The columns with a number means there are two box sets listed and 1 means all the ones in Box Set #1 and 2 indicates Box Set #2 characters. And yea, the two 6-packs are pretty much repeats, meaning they are probably retailer exclusives.

Of course, there’s no guarantee these other configs will get released … until it hits the store pegs.
