So, while there are PLANES 2 Micro Drifters listed, it would not be surprising if they did not make it to retail much like a lot of other products.
There were a lot of other PLANES merchandise that have never really sold being marked down also. Whether this affects PLANES 2 products is hard to tell – does Target have short term memory loss?

There are no 2014 microdrifters on the updated Mattel website. The last new releases came out at the end of 2013.
The planes microdrifters were marked down here but the Cars microdrifters are not.
Good riddance.
