Wraukn Ron notes that his license plate should be different pre-eco but that would mean watching the movie and knowing what you’re talking about … 🙂

Also interesting that the pre-production photo used on the back of the card showed him with overtly green mouth bumper …

Or the first production photo …

Thanks for the great photos, “Wraukn Ron.”

The Cars have come a long way from the humble tumble weed a-top Lightning McQueen back in 2008. Amazing the accessories that are appearing lately and into the future. I hope these turn up in New Zealand. Wild Miles is good.
Would you believe, I just ordered Taia Decotura and Taco Mater Deluxe online from Toyworld here in N.Z. and at discount.
Keeping an eye out for the mailman.

I wish they could have flattened the tires and tweaked the axle more.

There are easy model builder tricks to do that though … Mattel likely decided to make it so it rolls easy for the kids to play with.

I agree, flat tires and tweaked wheels would have put this one into clear winner territory. They could have still made it roll, remember what they did with Leroy and finish line McQ.

I agree that it falls flat. Im gonna hold out until I find miles on clearance, not sure if I’m going to pick up germ with camera. Can’t justify 7-8$ for another grem and a camera.

    Definitely falls flat!

It’s been a long wait but I think he looks great!

Is it just me or does this one fall flat? I loved what they did with FFan Mater (it makes me laugh) but the plastic leaf treatment here looks somehow lumpy and dumpy to me. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations.
