Disney Star Wars Celebration: Join the Empire to Squash the Rebel Scums!
During the Star Wars Celebration weekends (through June 9th), in addition to buying some things, this year you can also become a Stormtrooper and help shoot down some Ewoks and rebel scum. A 3D scan of your face onto the Storm Trooper action figure.
“The 10-minute experience uses the world’s highest-resolution, single-shot 3D face scanner created by our Imagineering scientists with Disney Research labs. That captured image is later sent to a high resolution 3D printer to create the figurine. The completed figurine will arrive within 7-8 weeks after the experience if shipping domestically (it takes a little longer if shipping internationally). Guests will also receive either a Carbon-Freeze Me light-up band or a collector button depending upon which option they choose.
The Star Wars – D-Tech Me experience is $99.95, plus shipping and applicable sales tax.”

I would love to have a 3 3’4″ figure of myself as a Stormtrooper, but there is no way I can justify spending that much. I actually like the Stormtrooper figures we have that have non-removable helmets better than the ones who do.
Is it in 1:55 scale so I can serve my master Darth Mater?
Yes, but can they do my face on a Tractor as Storm Trooper?
I can do the photoshop myself, I’d rather pay the extra $30 and get an actual product that is 400 times cooler!

For only $69.95 I will do this for you in far less time on Photoshop, and it will lokk 400 times better.
