I don’t know if the CARS have never been released by the Disney Store as I’ve lost track of all the box sets but they look like new releases: their version of Hydrofoil Finn, Welding Torch Gremlin and Welding Torch Acer … nice change of release …
The ship is massive and in scale to the Mattel 1:55 … here are photos from the last release with the Mattel 1:55 CARS on it …

I haven’t put it in the bathtub yet, but I’m sure my kids would love to try it out.

There are enough holes and electronics that you’d want to modify it with foam and ballast before it would really be sea worthy. It could make a nice R/C pond model with a motor and enough modifications.
