I’m at my sister’s for the night, and my little nephew showed me his DS McQueen. It was my first time holding a 1:43 DS car and I was impressed by its quality and its weight. My sister then showed me the Mater Taco Truck — THOSE EYES ARE EVEN SCARIER IN PRRSON!! But anyway, my sister told me she got them with this offer.
I went to the Disney Store located in the Aurora Mall and found Memo Rojas, Jr. I got the McQueen for free. Memo looks sweet.
I purchased a couple this last weekend in store and can confirm that the deal is also good in store. Also they had tons of the new Chase “Stealth Mater” cars available on the .com. Even had the same clearance cars in store including a couple 4 packs for 7.99 ea. Between that and 2 for $10 Disney character plush, everyone in my clan left the store happy!
Large scale LMQ comes out to $50 with the additional 30% off. Not a bad deal if he arrives in good condition.
What’s the chance the 1:18 LMQ/Mia/Tia would arrive in one piece?
I ordered one, and it was surprisingly ‘well’ packed!
I ordered one too, Mariela. Hopefully it shows up in good shape. I just remember when these came out about a year ago a lot of people were having problems with them being broken off the base or the case being damaged.
Too bad ride on McQueen is sold out. With the extra 30% off and free ship it would’ve been $105 to your door.

The best way for me to save on these is not to purchase them. Wouldn’t it be cool if Disney Store suddenly finished the Cars 1 racers? Those were cool.
