Viewed from the right angle, it’s HUGE … but it’s not really …
Decent height and good width …
But not so much on length …
Next to 1:55 Lightning McQueen … Colossus XXL is about 5.5″ in length.
Er, the 3D movie camera adds 150 feet in all directions.
But this is as good as it’s going to get. Unless the character spewed fire, shots bolt of rail gun sparks and could transform into a flying robot, there’s no way we’ll get a to scale $199 dump truck that sleeps and tips over. (You can make your own out of wood). But it is pretty darn cute.
The front part “eats” CARS …
Hey, maybe the kids will clean up afterwards … I’m sure the Micro Drifters are fun to step on in the dark with your bare feet …

Definitely out in Singapore. The Micro Drifter Launcher is also out there …

They couldn’t figure out CHOMP in other languages so it’s just a dump truck overseas.
We know the Mack carrying case & the trackset is available from resellers but at retail? Plus, there’s been no signs the singles 3-packs are available at a retail store or anywhere in the US?

There has been a pattern from mattel,for Cars 1 and 2 there has been the normal diecast,some kind of extra product(cars 1 color changers, cars 2 quick changers)and some type of small cars (cars 1 mini adventures, cars 2 micro drifters) and yes I know there are cars 2 color changers.

Found all 4 micro drifter 3-packs at a TRU in Indiana as well as the Mack case. I only hope Colossus will arrive before my son’s birthday! He has asked for Colossus for over a year!

Colossus just made my Cars want list. And I’m barely even into Cars anymore cause I can’t find a new single new thing. Sigh.
I most likely will be getting this if I ever find it.
I hope he makes it to retail, Mattel really screwed themselves by overselling Finn, Sub Finn and Mater/Zen Master. Now the big retailers appear to be gun-shy about ordering much new.

He seems pretty close to scale with the Micro Drifters. Once they make a Mater Micro Drifter the fun will begin! Extremely excited for these, and it seems like Singapore is having all the fun with new Cars stuff right now.

It’s looks all plastic to me, this would be awesome in diecast but if it is mainly plastic then its a disappointment.

I LOVE this and have been waiting on a colossus for my 3 year old son. I just hope I can come by one lol!
This is going to be a huge hit with the young crowd. My nephew will be 3 soon, and I can easily envision him happily scooping up Cars for hours at a time.
