We returned three of the Mia/Tia sets to Disneystore.com until we finally gave up and were lucky enough to exchange it at a local (63 miles away) store that had 6 (3 of which were damaged). This set was definitely made to be shipped. I think Terry Tate Office Linebacker got a job at UPS.
Sorry, I meant this set was NOT made to be shipped. We received it 3 times with McQueen broken off the turntable base and bouncing around the box.
Would they have blacked out the window if Mia and Tia flashed their headlights too?
NOTE:
The clear covers for the Disney Store Mia n Tia sets, I can have new ones made.
I have had 7 of them done, they are more than the set itself, but at least everyone has a resource to get them replaced instead of returning them to the store.
The Limited Edition Lightning Mcqueen w/ Mia & Tia is a nice set, but the pain we went through to get a non-damaged one was too much…
I pre-rdered mine and was the first to pick up. They had four and I rejected the first 3 I opened…the case is too fragile for shipping in my opinion…
Not only that…. You must lucky if the headlights works! ….
