Mattel Disney Pixar CARS 2 Diecast: SDCC Mater Voucher Pre-Sale Tomorrow – NEW FINE PRINT
The San Diego Comic Con 2012 Mater voucher goes on pre-sale tomorrow at 9 AM PST at MattyCollector.com.
There are new additional rules that make it slightly more difficult.
The main one is that pickup is Thursday, Friday or Saturday ONLY! So if you only have a Sunday badge, you are out of luck.
AND you need a SDCC badge. Originally it was thought if you had a friend in SD and they were willing to go down to the Marriott, they could order and pick it up for you but no such luck, you need to show your SDCC badge also.
The full disclaimers:
- Be here at MattyCollector.com on Wednesday May 30th at 9 a.m. PT (noon ET).
- Choose the items you want and add them to your cart. There’s a purchase limit of 6 units per person per product, on all products.
- Your credit card will be charged and a confirmation email (voucher) will be sent.
- To redeem your voucher for the specified products, you must present a printout of the email confirming your order (voucher), along with a photo ID, your 2012 San Diego Comic-Con badge, and the credit card used for this transaction in person on Thursday July 12th, Friday July 13th, or Saturday July 14th from 7 AM – 11 AM or 3 PM – 7 PM in the Torrey Pines room at the Marriot San Diego Hotel and Marina, which is just next door to (and connected to) the San Diego Convention Center.
- If you’re only attending San Diego Comic-Con on Sunday July 15th, this option is not available to you.
- If you don’t pick up your product by the end of the show on Saturday July 14th, your product will go into the products available for sale at the show on Sunday. You may be able to purchase it then, but there are no guarantees.
- The voucher pre-sale ends June 14th at 11:59pm PT, however product is subject to availability so shop early for best selection.
- All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS so be sure you can personally pick up your purchase(s) at SDCC no later than Saturday July 14th.

I am going to re open the list back up for a limited number of SDCC requests.
I have a comment under moderation, please look for it if you still are wanting SDCC items.
SDCC Comic Con Mater is sold out on Matty Collector site.
Not to worry, they’ll be back on once bunches and bunches don’t get picked up at SDCC.
Today…..
I am going to be canceling invoices that are not paid and that have not made arrangements.
Those canceled invoices will be removed from the list.
Most of these invoices have been out there a while and no replies from those that wanted these items.
I do not and will not be getting extras from SDCC.
If you are “on the fence” about getting anything, you might want to make a choice.
VERY FEW Maters are still up on Mattycollector page for preorder.
Very few K.I.T.T. cars still up also. I expect this and the Scoobys to sell out by Friday noon July 13th, 2012.
The K.I.T.T. has lights and sounds and I have a fair list for them.

ALL “Locked In” emails have been sent out to those that have paid in advance.

SDCC Presales UPDATE:
I was able to get a decent amount of the SDCC Mater for those on My own Personal List..
Here is what is going to happen.
If you were on My Buyers List and PAID, and receive a “Locked In” email, count your self done except for shipping charges come after SDCC in July.
Maters are as good as in hand and all they need to do is be picked up now.
Due to the amount of people wanting SDCC Maters still,…..Please be patient.

(MET: It seems weird that if you have a SDCC ticket, you can’t pick it up early (or late) – for instance, if you have a Thursday only ticket, you’re not allowed to pick it Friday or Saturday? – I would ask. If you don’t get an answer, let me know).

According to the mattycollector page, badges must match the days you are attending on those selected days only, otherwise you cannot buy on presale.

We are going to try and ship FROM San Diego with two other TFADer’s help.
What does NOT get packed and ready for the post office on Monday will be driven back here to Utah and shipped throughout that week and weekend.
