Please folks, just don’t smoke. It’s as simple as that. My grandfather now lives with one lung due to lung cancer from, you guessed it, smoking.
While these are, admittedly, not “ingredients”, they should have been included on the list since they’re in the product somewhere:
Emphysema
Congestive Heart Failure
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Lung Cancer
I lost a brother 12 years ago to a succession of these maladies; he’d smoked for about 35 years. No part of it was “free”; it all came with a big price.
Smoking is gross… Saw firsthand what it did to my cousins…
