I did a ride along in an IROC car at Atlanta Motor Speedway, we got up to over 140mph I believe. The coolest part was coming out of the turns the car went from the middle of the track to within about a foot of the wall. It was like the wall came flying up to you. And since I was in the passenger seat the effect was even greater.

I have only been up to 130, and my car felt like it was going to fall apart.
The 5 minute driving experience is also 3 laps, I’m guessing?

If money were no object, Dale Jarrett has an experience where you can drive a Sprint Cup car up to 80 laps, including drafting and passing! You can also do the Richard Petty experience at Disney World Speedway.
