This would’ve been a cool custom car to see in CARS … “I could swear I parked my Challenger here before I left for college …” Too funny!

I see a LIME GREEN super wing car a couple times a week as it drives by my school. They are amazing looking cars … though the kid in mewants to use that spoiler as a handle to pick up the car!!! LOL
Glad to see few people on here know a little about real “cars”!! Would like to know the story on the first pic, as in who signed the cars and was it for some type of fundraising auction?

The top photo is a blue Road Runner(Plymouth), but the pink Dodge is a CHARGER, not a second Road Runner.
The front end of the “van” is a from either a Plymouth Satellite or Road Runner, not a Challenger.
(MET: I did not know that giant spoiler was available on another car – interesting).
Dodge offered the Charger Daytona in 1969. In 1970 Plymouth offered the (Road Runner) Superbird. Essentially the same vehicle!
And that “thing” reeks of photoshoped 1971-72 Plymouth Road Runner. The grille and stripes are what gives it away.
The giant wing (a spoiler doesn’t let air pass under it) was part of an “option” package available only so Dodge and Plymouth could use them in NASCAR racing. That was back when race cars had to actually resemble what was available at the dealer. These are referred to as “homologation specials”. These cars were Chrysler’s answer to the Mustang Boss 429, which was also raced in NASCAR.
That green Hemi van looks like some sort of blowfish or something.
Actually, that green van looks almost like the prototype for the Autobot Bulkhead in the Transformers:Animated series.
It should be a crime to turn a Challenger into .. that.
Love the pink and yellow Road Runner. There is a guy down the road from me that has a red one he tools around in every so often. He has a car museum for a garage with the RR, Yenko Camaro, a Lambo, Ferrari, and about 10 others. Must be nice.
No Challenger there, it’s the front end from a Plymouth, either a Road Runner or Satellite.
Pink Dodge is a Charger.
