I don’t see it on this checklist, but Best Buy is offering an exclusive steelbook case with their Cars 2 preorders.
Blu-Ray certainly is the “in” thing right now. But I am too cheap to invest in it and an HDTV right now. We will just get my son the DVD for Christmas.

Looked over the choices and the 5 disk set looks best for us. considering price/versus content included.
I really can’t believe that we don’t know if he is exclusive or not yet. Im still holding out till we get the official word. Hoping the price doesn’t go up after release if we don’t know before then. Assuming not, at that price.
The version in the 2-pack prefers red meat, while the version packaged with the DVD prefers chicken. So you see, there is a HUGE difference between the two.
Thank goodness there are no vegetarian variants!
There is a Target set with a snow globe for 49.99 on Target’s website.
32.00 for 5 disk set for me seems to be the best purchase even though it has the 3d blu ray disk; I would like the bring Cars to the world bonus features in this set.
No need to pay almost 50 extra for a Lassetire and Cars and toons blu rays we already own.
I am putting the Director’s Cut edition on my birthday and Christmas list… if the Lassetire is special, I may end up with 2 of them.
If the Walmart version is the D23 Finn, I will get one of those… otherwise, I won’t buy that one.
I’ll get a combo pack to open… I’ll pass on the DVD only version and won’t be buying the TRU version…
only if the car is exclusive, otherwise just the single dvd for me too. No blu ray yet.
Unless the Walmart version has a D23 blue Finn McMissile, we will be getting the single disc DVD.
The TRU version also comes with the Lego shorts
