Disney Pixar CARS 2: Erase Your Troubles Away
“John H” found a new CARS 2 line …
Yep, they are really erasers!
Avert your eyes if you don’t want to see McQueen naked …
They are realistic for CARS 2 as it’s easy to re-create your favorite scenes from the film …
Collect Them All!
John H. even found the perfect place to store them …
Sweeet!
Thanks, “John H.”
I saw these yesterday at Wal-mart.
Correct me if I am wrong, but, I believe I saw these erasers at Wally-World for $9.99 for a two pack?? Maybe, they were hung on the wrong peg? Two erasers for the price of four Cars last week at Fred Meyer or three at Target. Of course I also saw Cars Two pencils.
My GF asked for Cars blush !! Can someone indicate her the “route” to get these ??
Oh gee, what’s next? Cars soap, cars bubble gum? This is getting out of hand.
I can see it now:
“Cars comic books, Cars hats, Cars bubblegum, and biggest of all: Cars Land!”
Found a bag of CARS pretzels at the grocery store today– and yes, the pretzels themselves were CARS-shaped.
My kids have Cars Bubble Bath, comes in 10oz bottles shaped like Mater and Lightning; with rolling wheels they are actually decent models. (about 1:24 scale) About $4 at Walmart.
Then I refill with Mr Bubble, shhh, the kids don’t know!
Yeah, Stig Jr. has a bottle of Finn McMissile shampoo that we found at the store the other week.
Has anyone seen the Cars2 “Squinkies” at WalMart?
Seen ’em. Not my cup o’ tea.
They are really cute though!
Also the Squinkie dispenser is a 3D rendering of ‘Globie’ the Allinol mascot.
toysrus has 8 pack for $9…
YES THE 8 PK IS CUTE BUT YOU CANNOT BUY THEM SEPERATE. THEY HAVE A BACK TO SCHOOL PROMO THAT STARTS TOMARROW. YOU HAVE TO SPEND $20.00 & THE 8 PK IS FREE. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT STORE THE OTHER 2PKS WERE FOUND ???
I found mine yesterday at Wal-Mart. I got the Francesco and Fillmore pack and the Holley and Miguel Camino pack. Very cool erasers! But of course I’m never going to use them!
Saw these at TRU two weeks ago, but didn’t look close enough at them. If I’d known the erasers were under a plastic car body, I might have picked them up.
When I was a kid, we had erasers that were actually molded in the shape of cars, planes, and all kinds of things. They didn’t work very well as erasers, but that wasn’t the point; everybody collected them. I may still have one or two of them around somewhere.
I just assumed these CARS erasers were an evolution of the same thing, made out of a harder rubber with graphics printed on them, and wondered who would want to wear away LMQ’s fenders erasing mistakes on their spelling tests…
I may have to go back to TRU and check them out again.
I remember those too, Stig!
The ones from the late 70’s/early 80’s with the robot and the rocket ship?
Yep – those were the ones! I had a jet plane (blue), a vintage car (orange), and a VW (yellow?). I know there were others, but these are the ones I remember.
Coming to a landfill near you…
I’d have played with the erasers as Cars instead of doing my work… but they might be too nice looking to use…
And notice how the package says “Collect Them All”…
If I had these in 2nd or 3rd grade, I would never had paid attention in school! Not that I did anyway.
Ha! Yeah my friends and I were too busy melting crayons on the radiators to make “crayondles” and developing secret codes to use for passing notes for our Transformers Club. It was awesome when the teacher intercepted our notes he thought he was going to humiliate us by reading them in front of the class. Too bad for him they were encrypted!
