Disney Pixar Diecast CARS 2: What Is it?
Saw this on the TRU shelf yesterday … it has a quasi CARS 2 design motif though it dosen’t say so …
But of course, all the CARS featured are from CARS 1.
The CARS are huge and seem to weight a lot. If you drop them in a bubble bath, I think they sink and make bubbles?
And it’s been a while since I’ve seen an actual sticker on an item at TRU?
Is Guido taking steroids?

You’re right, bobbyjack.. they are dive sticks… I think I’ve seen them at Target as well as at Toys R Us.
These are dive sticks you play with your kids in the swimming pool. Its kind of like fetch for small humans. You throw the Cars into the middle of the pool, your kids try to swim after them and catch them before they sink to the bottom. These look like they make bubbles as they sink so it will be easier for your kids to find them.
They make everything easier nowadays. We always had to get the coins from the bottoom of the pool.
Yep, I remember spending a lot of time at the bottom of the pool looking for that penny. Never wanted to go back to the surface without it.

What do you guys call a “penny”? is it one cent? if so why a penny.
Obviously a penny in the UK is one pence= a penny.

Yep, one cent equals one penny. The funny thing is it costs more to make a penny than it is worth.
Yes one pence is a penny in the UK, A pound= a quid, five pounds= fiver, ten pounds= a tenner etc etc. the wiki explanation makes sense.
There has been talk of withdrawing the penny but as retailers persist on selling things at £9.99 etc it will be with us for a while yet.
