Mattel Disney Pixar CARS: Halloween Mini’s at Target
The Halloween Mini’s are here … well, not at my Targets … that would be a miracle.
But I did see the peg. They are $4.99 each which is the right price for the Mini’s 2-packs.
So, if your Target has taken down or consolidated the back-to-school stuff, the candy & Halloween toys are going up. There are lost of eyeballs and body parts in floating liquids (congealed corn syrup – un, yum?) as candy choices …
