The first “Black Friday Now” deals at Sears will be available beginning Friday and Saturday. Amazon’s electronics department will offer sales on items like Blu-ray players and high-definition TVs on Friday, and Toys “R” Us is putting all the items in its 80-page Christmas toy book on sale on Sunday.

Yes, it’s this “Mater the Greater Playset” – PirateDad found this box and opened it as pirates are curious. 🙂
And if the price is correct at $24.99 … it’s not much of a Black Friday bargain … if this were $9.99, I could see it being a Black Friday item …
That box at the top is much more intriguing with a $11.49 … I think people might buy some Toons 4-packs at $11.49 …
And this was also in overstock …
At $54.99, seems like the normal price for this …
So while TRU might be calling the release of the Christmas Wish List book this Sunday the beginning of Black Friday – these two playsets at $24.99 and at $54.99 are not much of a “doorbuster.” Maybe these will be real Black Friday items at a much lower price in late November?
The $11.49 4-Pack mystery box seems much more intriguing – like they are really clearing the warehouses of Mater Toon 4-packs?
Who has a hook or a backstage pass to hook one down and crack ‘er open?

Speaking of TRU up stock. I was able to sweet talk another TRU employee to get a ladder and bring down two more Bessie’s….let the trading begin 🙂

Wife and I really liked the Black Friday stuff, I used to hit Home Depot and she and her 6 sisters would hit Walmarts.
We have a brand new vacuum from 2 black fridays ago that we dont even need if anyone wants it make ya a smokin deal
The Shop-Vac HD had on sale??? Was a great deal… got one myself! Wife thought I was crazy to hit Home Depot so early on Black Friday… they had batteries too for a good price…
Saw contractor’s buying up shop-vacs like we gobble up Cars multiples… I asked one guy why buying so many?? He was using them as gifts for workers instead of lotto tickets!
Uncle Skip: No the Dirt Devil one…. found it in storage when we sold one of our MCSotSS sets I was looking for the original HW carton and found it.
which reminds me I have a spare MCSotSS carton too
we bought three of those shop vacs, one for the house for WET usage and one for general usage, one for a backup. Those shopvacs are great they were a great price too!!
Dont think anyone will be surprised to hear Kevin buys his vacs in threes, as he buys cars by the thousand 😉

helps drain problems, washer problems at the time and removing the air from waterbed mattresses. our main line plumbing dropped through the floor last march and it came in real handy.
at the disney store website you can heavy metal mater and mcqueen for 15$ if that helps lol 🙂
The top box for $11.49 is a 4-Pack of Cars Carrying Cases. There are 4 carrying cases in the box. Tara toy corp makes a lot of carrying cases for hotwheel cars also.
Thats what I was thinking. In the TRU mailer we got yesterday it says you get a FREE Carry Case with a $30 Disney Cars Purchase. the offer starts on Sunday. 😀

It says right on the 2nd, lower Tara case, “Monster Jam Case” on the label placed over the Disney case stamp.

They’re grey dots around here – meaning they have none. They tease me with shelf space – empty shelf space. Targets in a 100 mile radius have yet to receive this. Frustrated near Green Bay, WI!
