In real life, this might not be your first choice to drive but as a diecast collector, in a strange way, you’ll appreciate the detailing …
The details are downright realistic … like she took a wrong turn, drove through the Great Salt Lake and stayed for a spell …
And also – much harder to get this right than just adding Ransburg paint …
In hindsight, Donna now realizes falling asleep during her mango-sea salt wrap at Bonneville was probably not the best spa day ever …

can anyone post the case breakdown for case d?
i think we can just leave the car under sun and rain to get the rusting effect
Maybe Donna and the Demo Derby Cousins are refugees from the Cash for Clunkers program. That would explain why they’re so hard to find!
I found Donna, One-Eye and Stickers in Philly today. Never did find Polly Puddlejumper, Blowing Bubbles Mater and Skip Rictor, though. Weird.
Funny, in SW MI I saw several of Case A of FLC (polly, blowing bubbles mater, skip ricter) But never saw a new case again NEVER not even case C, how pathetic! (not to mention case B or D) 🙁
Finally found Donnas, One-Eyes, and Nicks this morning.

2010 Toy Fair in NY going on right now and this is footage from Mattel’s Car’s display. Don’t see anything new or exciting. How sad 🙁 Come on Mattel!

Cars will be largely ignored until the movie comes out ……. then all of a sudden there will be a Cars lovefest at Mattel ….. $$$

We found her a couple of weeks ago and my son just opened them this weekend for his bday. I think she looks great but the paint job on Nick Stickers, not so great.
I found all these today in Louisville, KY Target of course. So check yours targets for the next few days and you will find them.

Yes Louise Wrecked Mood Springs should be in the next Final lap case (E like you said) so should Vern. We are really looking foward to him. so far every Car from case A until now have been released exactly in the order as they appear listed on the cardback of every Final Lap Car. The interesting thing is that case E is where the list ends, so I guess we will see at least a different back of the Card starting with Case F. Perhaps Mattel will list the new releases for the cases F through J on the next Cards but who knows.
By the way I totally agree on the Cars not being made perfect. I like those and the retro Cars the best besides the racers. I think Donna is great. Immediately thought she should be with Maters Cousins. Duff wrecks looks great also, John has had his eye on Duff and Vern for awhile.
AND it’s harder to give the “wrecked up” or “rusty” cars a paint chip OR to even notice 🙂
I can’t find this along with Nick Stickers and One Eye Mater at my Target yet but I can’t wait to find it!
Donna would look like that after about 3 winters worth of road salt here in the Midwest!
Perhaps Ramone will take pity on her and give her a good deal on rust repair and paint.

There has been nothing here since Xmas. I check each week when I take my wife to doctor. Nothing at Wal-Mart or Kmart or Meijers eather.
I’ve found that at Meijer, the best time to check for new stuff is the day before a holiday at about 10:00am. Or Saturdays at 10-noon however, lately they haven’t gotten any new cars. I keep seeing that same old chick hicks with “the king piston cup” chase car, im almost ready to pick it up 🙂
LOL, Donna used to be one of those fine police officers. She’s certainly let herself go since she retired!

No, I don’t imagine a sea salt wrap would be good for a car. Her rust patterns remind me of our family car back in the 1980s. There’s actually another female rusty car in the movie, in the front row of the crowd gathered in the Rust-Eze tent.
Donna and Fred should get married and have some adorably rusty babies. She’s my favorite diecast so far and I hope I can find her at my local store.
Can’t wait to find Donna. Love the rusty Cars! We like to use them with the Mater the Greater playset. It’s fun to line them up between the ramps so Cannonball Mater can jump them. 🙂
She looks really neat. I know SoCal usually sees them first, but we are really having a dry spell. The newest thing around here has been color-changing Tex Dinoco.

found this case today. luckily it snowed here and no one was at target, they had about 3-4 of each of the new ones!

LOL 🙂 I know what you mean. It’s been pretty dry around here too with one exception…I found the Sidewall Shine Launchers at Target.
So just when I complain I can’t find new Cars, I find some. We took a ride to St. Petersburg today and found Donna, One Eyed Mater and Nick. jestrjef, they are in Florida so keep checking. They’ll show up soon in your area 🙂
