Mattel Disney Pixar Diecast CARS: Lenticular Gift 3-Packs?
There’s no official word but it looking more and more likely …
Walmart seems to be changing UPC’s and “deleting” gift 3-packs as they are now …
And there are new lenticular pics … some for CARS that have only been listed as 3-packs …
Some are singles already released as “non-lenticulars” – so grouped now with the 3-packers? Humm, does it mean they will be part of some new un-announced 3-packs or just grouped as coming soon “generally?”
Will Octane Gain Pitty appear in some new 3-pack? Or since he’s due as an early FINAL LAP CAR, while they were cranking out that version, let’s crank out a lenticular version?
RPM 3-pack? Or most likely just RPM as a single?

Antonio Della Corso is listed as a Final lap non-lenticular single so after that release, he will appear as a lenticular BUT …
… his bro, Constanzo Della Corso is only listed as part of a Gift 3-pack with Antonio Della Corso & Ferrari F430 …
Checkered Flag Dexter Hoover – listed as a Final Lap non-lenticular single but also as part of 3-pack with McQueen & King so some more evidence …
Or the best evidence of all?
They are not listed as getting a singles release … plus, they are fairly obscure variants … so it would make sense they are making the transition to lenticular 3-packs …
Since 3-packs are really the only other packaging that all non-Target stores are getting, it might be confusing to some that the three-packs are non-lenticular so lenticular they go.
While haulers or launchers or Mater Tall Tales will be non-lenticular at WM, TRU and others, they do-will seem “different,” but that on the same store shelf – there be sitting a non-lenticular three-pack with McQueen while no more than a foot sits the lenticular single above?*
*Yes, for this hypothesis, we are presuming there will only be 5 lenticular McQueen’s at this store.

walmart new reset $5 haulers after discontinuing the haulers at walmart in june.
Makes NO sense to me NO sense at all but I’m happy to have waited for the haulers now.
Just pray they don’t do a changeover to Lenticular Haulers!
I just hope they don’t start only releasing lenticulars.

MET- Any possibility of inserting a little ‘counter’ somewhere on the site that shows how many 1:55 castings, classic and lenticular have been produced and confirmed in the wild. This is getting as bad a Hot Wheels color changes.

Mattel you really are sticking it to your loyal customers. i always sneer at people who swap out new cars and replace them with old ones, but the more Mattel continues to pull this crap the more i understand the swappers. I DON’T CONDONE IT, BUT I DO UNDERSTAND IT!!

This sucks! 🙁 Why are they (Mattel) rereleasing all the cars in lenticular form? I really do not want to recollect 400 cars again (2 of each car)
Come on! Just stick to regular 1:55 diecast versions of all CARS Characters with no crazy eyes. Unless you want to release new ones we do not already have as lenticular. Even then, I am uncure I will collect them all. Did I mention this stinks! 🙁
Plus the pitty does not even have the correct tires size!
The sad part is that everytime I check the PEGS, they are empty of lenticulars, except for a few McQueens. They are selling darn it! 🙁

I guess I won’t have to go to Wal-Mart for too much longer. (Wal-Mart sucks!) I know Martin really tried with these but I have NO interest in the lenticulars. The sooner Target gets it in gear and puts out the Final Lap the better.

Hiya. Does anyone have lenticular Fillmore? I bought one, but I have noticed that is not the same as standard Fillmore as its black base is tilted. Is this a defect on this particular one or do all of them have this slanted base? It does make it look more like the picture this way.
