So, you need a lot more rocks, dirt, chicken wire and tan spray paint … plus you’ll notice the two key features are the train tracks and car road that go off into infinity. 🙂

I saw a single car with track at KMart in North Miami yesterday. Not my thing, but if you are looking and in S. Fla.
nice, and this one includes Lighting McQueen. I’ve only see Radiator Springs McQueen at Target and TRU. Has anyone else spotted LM not RSLM sold as a single remote control car.

My wife and I saw this on Monday at TRU while we were out for my son’s birthday. We told my parents that’s what they could get him. 🙂
If Costco does end up with a major set I might have to get one! These are cool. For anyone with a 4 year old or younger these ROCK! They are good for older too but you will really get a lot of years out of them if you get them When they are young.

I actually just returned all the separate Cars Geotrax sets that I bought to the stores yesterday. I really liked the sets but my husband (aka poo-poo head) thought our son was too old for them. So I started buying up the Lego Space Police and Power Miners sets which I think are cool…but they’re not Cars. 🙁
What?? You are never too old for GeoTrax… Not to mention how much fun they are to build. I just build a five level track series the other day in my sons room. We used every elevation ramp we had 🙂 These are some sturdy tracks!
However, legos are fun too!

Unfortunately, the last one had the misfortune of coming under attack of some jet airplanes flown by my son 🙂 Once he is done playing with the track set after a couple of days… something big usually crashes it into a hundred little pieces. But he always tells me which toy it was.. of course it was him! Haha. We had it from on top of his train table, down onto the floor and around and around 🙂 Very fun!

Oh, that makes perfect sense in corporate Toy marketing. Its along the same lines as raising prices on toys that aren’t selling, keeping things under (or not under) tarps in the gardening section, putting only one of each new toy in a case… etc etc.. I could go on for hours 😀

We picked this up yesterday for my parents to give toy son for christmas. It has five of the sets and saves $25. At least I don’t see six on the box. It’s like getting mcqueen for free.

“Lightning McQueen’s Close Call” set. Perhaps a bit pricey at $60, but a great concept nonetheless!

Wow, that is great! Who wouldn’t want that? It’s got everything you need to replicate Lightning’s entrance into Radiator Springs.
They also need to come out with a highway set with the Tunerz. THAT would be cool!
