I do not recall Slim Hood from the first movie? What scene was he in? Isn’t he a Thomasville character?
He is, in the flashback to Doc’s heyday.
There aren’t too many new ones, Marsha, and the fire and rescue ones, the rest are repeats really.

Only 2 new characters is a bit disappointing. Aren’t there enough cars to make instead of new lines with no source?
