They are numbered so like the regular Mini Racers, the are “blind” but not really.
Cave Mater & Cave Lightning look the same as the blind box releases.
Of the 8 releases, 5 were in the last Mini Racers blind box release. The three circled in red are new.

Are these exclusive to Target?
Each edge are numbered.

These all share the same UPC so I keep thinking I want to weigh each egg on my gram scale to see which is which.
