Upon closer look, it turns out Deluxe 2021 Arvy & Dr. Damage are variants.
Dr. Damage has the eyelid line added … Arvy apparently ran through a BBQ propane explosion (but he’s still smiling).
Rambulance … that’s funny right there …
Last release of Arvy. The “non-smokey” version.
Original Dr. Damage was a little more fluorescent and slightly different colors.

Arvy does look darker in the movie. I approve of the new variant.
Good ol’ Dr. Damage! One of my favorites and the vehicle that captured my attention and got me back into collecting Cars!
