When I use my Target wallet this 25% expires November 13th… It is not limited to the ad book but there is quite a lot of toys excluded such as, Hotwheels, LEGO, Thomas & Friends, several Barbies, Star Wars and several others… very misleading promo! So be careful before fighting the application of this 25% 😉
False advertising for sure.
