Original Mia & Tia are back with the eyelid line.
These new 2021 re-releases are variants with different eyelid lines and expressions. They seem to be a darker red with more of a floss overspray.
With the eyelid differences, it’s definitely V2. More of a “fangirl” expression … as if screaming with peals of delight.
This is MIA – original release – more of just a more simple smiling expression.

These are exclusive to the 11 pack or is there also a 2 pack out? I was wondering what the expression was called. Not sure the execution is there but I still love the shiny finish and Mia & Tia!
I did a some searching here and the release is called Superfan Mia & Tia. Looks like it was first out in 2015.
I haven’t seen them in stores yet so I don’t know if it is a 2-pack or part of a larger box set. It should be a 2-pack, though.
These are Super Fan Mia and Tia as noted. They were recently released in the 11 pack set from Vietnam. The box set includes 8 variants so if you are a variant collector you have to grab it. There is no 2 pack of these recently. Hope this helps.

So I noticed on the final 2021 release poster this version of Mia and Tia are not on it. Are they part of the next wave?
(MET: They always add and subtract a few things. Like the Spare Mint Cab Semi).
Definitely interested in this variant. Were Mia and Tia ever released with their headlights up?
