Yes, it appears the Hot Rod Racers are canon, but what about Smokey? Does Hot Rod Smokey appear in the Credits anywhere?
(MET: No, but I guess you can argue they all made the trip to visit the Doc Museum and Ramone painted them all up … though Steve Hearsell is more of an oddity …).
Maybe Smokey is taking the picture?
