Here is the updated Piston Cup Racers (CARS, CARS 3, CARS 3 Next Gen) by number, sponsor and name.
This includes the 2 new names – we’re almost complete with the names though not quite complete with the releases just yet …
Any blank space for CARS 3 should see a release but some are grayed out as unlikely – black bar means, pretty much zero chance …
The new NASCAR series with NASCAR numbers and PC racer names are NOT included as it just causes confusion.

Very good list. For Octane Gain #19, Transberry Juice #6, etc., you should have “See #58,” “See #63,” etc. They changed numbers for Cars 3, but it’s the same string.
