“Racing Start Luigi” is new with a new facial-eye expression plus a green flag.
Flag is not removable (though if you have a 2-year handy, I’ll bet they can pull it right out. 🙂 ).
Guido is pretty much the same look as he is now.

Yeah. I think that all the time. I sometimes get CARS in my stores months after Met has posted about them.
Maybe “Mark T.” has a deal with Mattel, and he gets previews of all the CARS before they come out? 🙂
