Found them this weekend. Yes they are stickers not just a card. 🙂
Maybe that was just a fluke on that one diecast? I mean, Mattel has had their mistakes before, but this is a new low if they specifically advertise it as “Sally with Tatoo” and then don’t even bother to put the tatoo on it!

i believe quercy is wondering if the pack in sticker is a sticker or just a card. not asking about the tampo print on the model. that is my guess.
