Mattel Disney Pixar CARS: Meghan Shifter Name Shifting …
“Mark T.” points out something interesting, that in the EU, Meghan Shifter is named Andrew Buttes … it is a puzzler other than the obvious thing that it is probably named after a Pixar employee and the “Buttes” last name is a little too close to another word that might upset parents at first glance in a store … but that’s just a guess – of course if you’re a card completist, good luck in your hunt in landing the big butte one.

Not generally. It appeared first as Meghan Shifter and the later releases seem to be changed into the new name.
At least in Germany.
