It’s not the easiest technique, but you can use baking soda as a filler by using the thin watery CA glues. Add some baking soda to the body, add some glue, keep doing this until you build up layers until the shape you want is achieved. Sand it a bit smooth, then paint and gloss-coat it. Add sprinkles.
A second method would be to use Fimo or Sculpy clays, or Miliput body putty; and add the shape to the LMQ body. Smooth and paint as above.
I’ve debated making one myself if they don’t offer it.

That sounds like a pretty good idea. I don’t know about the sprinkles though lol
For “sprinkles”, I figured I’d find some glitter or similar product.
