Letter series – presumably one for each letter of the alphabet…
I think these appeared for the 4th of July. They spell out “HOT WHEELS 50”.
Regular HWs bear ‘New for 2019’, the 50th anniversary is over.
(MET: Thanks, the letters I saw didn’t make much sense but I thought that was SOP 🙂 ).
