Here’s a fun look at the prototype for the SDCC Rescue Squad Mater 2009. Prototypes are hand painted and often assembled from resin pieces – they weigh ounces! Final ladder not as shiny (production version in box) Base chassis held in by screws. Photos of the unboxing.
