Mattel Disney Pixar CARS: Micro Racers 15-Pack Coming to Target

This 15-pack will be a Target exclusive as it comes with Rust-Eze Racing Center Lightning McQueen though since it says FIRST LOOK, it should arrive at Target Stores later in other configurations.
The other first look is INTRO RAMONE. Also not listed as an exclusive as it should appear in other configurations at other stores also.

Sorry for asking from Hong Kong, anyone have a list of wave 3 that show that 15 new car number? I am going to finish my wave 3 collection in Hong Kong Toysrus.
As I know,
Old cars (wave 1&2) number:
1,2,6,7,8,11,12,14,21,25,26,27,29,31,32,37
New cars (wave 3) number:
14,28,38,39
