Unless it’s real subtle, it looks like it’s all packaging? And not a deco change?

It could be to celebrate CARS 12th anniversary but it doesn’t really seem to call out to that, more that it’s a series of cards to give out on birthdays?

From our original post – Mostly townies but a few extras listed: Radiator Springs Lightning, Ramone, Sarge, Van, Luigi & Guido with Paint Rollers, Ghostlight Ramone, Sally & Blowing Bubble Mater.

There is also a 5-pack so most likely an exclusive?
