Ponchy Wipeout is the interim CARS 3 “Bumper Save” PC racer.

This is his look for the 2017 CARS poster …

But his actual appearance? His eyebrows got blackened.

Do we call him the Goth version? The black-out version?

The eyebrows in almost all cases matches the “main” body color. Turquoise body? Almost always means turquoise eyebrows.

As was the case with his previous release and look …

So, it certainly seems like if he goes back under the production schedule, he will get “fixed.”

But wait, the black eyebrows and black rims is actually an interim fix.

He was first released with green-yellow rims (Leak Less leftover rims?)

So, if he’s fixed with turquoise eyebrows AND black rims, it’ll be release #3 for Ponchy Wipeout.

Collect ’em all.
