Mcqueen and cruz were completed on their normal timeline and are complete fiberglass shells with driving chassis. Storm was last and they ran out of time so he is just carved and painted foam, very fragile. All of this according to a lady who worked on them and was their kind of guarding them
I really really really want to see Jackson Storm for real! He look sooooo cool ! 🙂
