I’m never sure if it’s lazy purchasing or lazy Mattel distribution but in several stores we find ‘only at target etc etc’ branded cars stock – even in independents lol!
Kinda weird seeing the “Target Exclusive” Carnival Racers at a TRU…but maybe rules are different across the pond?
(MET: US exclusives stop at the border. 🙂 ).
